Originally from Colombia, relocated to Houston over 21 years ago. I decided to start my Real Estate career to enhance the already established Real Estate Investment business my husband and I have. I am knowledgeable of both sides of the business so I am better prepared to help my clients when they are buying or selling their home. Negotiating is my forte. I enjoy meeting and helping people in my community.

Prior to my career as a Real Estate agent, I was a sports reporter for several well-known radio stations networks, which helped me to develop my communications skills that now I have transferred to my new career in order to better assist my clients. I considered myself a hard worker, detailed oriented, dedicated and a most important a skilled negotiator.

David is Vice President in the Houston Office of Transwestern, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of land, free standing and multi-tenant buildings and tenant representation. A fifth generation Houstonian, David has over 50 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2010, he was a shareholder of McDade, Smith; a boutique land brokerage firm. He has also held positions with several small commercial brokerage firms including serving as President of A. David Schwarz Ill, Inc., founded in 1977. David has represented numerous local, regional and national clients during career. Trudy has worked in and around the Real Estate industry for the more than 20 years. Her love of Real Estate started with her father from whom she learned the many benefits of investing in real estate while managing 350+ rental properties. After working her way through college in Kansas she relocated to Houston and obtained her Real Estate license in 1997. Her Houston real estate career started with new home sales for several national builders and progressed to developing, building, and selling homes in Houston’s Inner Loop.
