Originally from Toronto, Canada, Christy Smith earned an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree before starting work in automotive industry finance. After seven years, she then made the decision to invest in her family and spent seventeen years raising her three daughters full time. During this time, she also moved eight times throughout Canada, The U.S., and Asia in support of her husband's oil and gas career. After deciding to make The Woodlands, TX her home, Christy desired to fulfill a lifelong dream of working in the real estate industry. The time was right to pursue this career that would utilize her background in lending and finance and enable her to serve clients with a deep understanding of the many aspects of moving. Christy approaches her work with a compassionate desire to help people through each step of the process and beyond. Christy chose to join The Ray Larson Group after having worked with Ray in the purchase of her own home. Roula Gerguis has been investing in the real estate industry for over a decade. After a long career as an investor, she decided to obtain her license to focus on representing her clients in purchases, sales and rental properties. Her experience is diverse as she had worked on all types and sizes of transactions in various markets around Texas.

Roula focuses on providing her clients with an excellent experience by exceeding their expectations. In doing so, she spends time understanding their needs, timeline and financial position. She guides them through the often-complex process of bidding on or listing homes by performing valuations and comparative market analyses to ensure her clients are making sound investment decisions. Roula goes above and beyond as a real estate agent by offering home staging services and photography sessions in preparing homes for listing. She specializes in negotiating complex deals and meeting contractual obligations for luxury homes.

Roula's top priority is to conduct business in an ethical, logic and fair manner with regard to all parties, while keeping her clients' best interest in mind. She believes strongly in pursuing education continuously to keep up with regulatory and legislative changes, as well as market standards. Roula communicates on a regular basis with her clients so they remain abreast of all developments regarding their transaction. Roula has been extremely fortunate in her personal and professional career. For her, the best way to express her gratitude for her good fortunate is to give back to her community. She is involved with a number of charitable organizations and pursues various worthy causes, most of which focus on children and health.

David Seymour is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has been providing exceptional service to his Houston clients since 2000. He is a 1981 graduate of Kansas State University and moved to Houston in 1985, when he began working with homeowners and homeowner associations by providing management services for 65 Houston area neighborhood pools and recreation facilities. Through this work he became intimately familiar with most of Houston’s unique and varied neighborhoods. David later honed his management and “people skills” while serving as an Executive Director of a local Houston YMCA. Throughout the 1990’s and early 2000’s, David fine tuned his attention to detail while working for 12 years at a prominent Houston litigation law firm as a paralegal and visual presentation coordinator. During his tenure there, he not only penned legal documents, but also attended and assisted with a great number of multi-million dollar mediations and learned the art of negotiation from one of the country’s most skilled litigators. In addition to his love of working with his clients to help sell or purchase the home of their dreams, David is passionate about remodeling homes and design and has a wealth of experience in renovations and working with contractors. His knowledge of design, remodeling and staging prove to be invaluable to his clients when preparing to their home for sale, as well as helping buyers to visualize the “bigger picture” in each of the homes they visit.
